We are a member owned and governed property and casualty insurance program created exclusively for Idaho local governments. Our mission is to provide a stable and cost effective source of loss protection through risk management resources designed specifically to meet the needs of our members.

Currently, we are comprised of 750 public entities such as counties, cities, highway districts, irrigation, water and sewer districts, along with a multitude of other special purpose districts.
